Salary Adjustment After Probation

Is it rude to ask for a raise if you have only worked for 3 months?

For example, I have been on a salary and received a bonus even though I was still on a 6-month trial period. I got a salary in the third month (if not mistaken). The salary increase was almost 1.5x more, it sounded fantastic, even though because the initial salary was just ordinary.

Why can it happen in my case?

The company receives a high workload, even though employees are lacking. I am an employee who is 'ngeyel'. When asked for overtime and take care of other work (which should not be my job), I don't want to. Increasing salaries is a solution offered by the company to increase my workload and responsibilities.

Cashflow companies are threatened. If these projects are stalled because no one is working, the company loses hundreds of millions. My salary which increased by a million and two million was a small fee compared to the loss.
My initial salary is not too high. Up a little can still be borne by the company.
The employee is lacking. The act of raising salaries is easier and cheaper than recruiting new employees who don't know when to join and just start active.

Small company. Not a large company whose HRD does not run out of employee stock.
I have developed into an asset that is trusted by the company. In a period of 3 months, the company considered my participation to be important.

All of this is based on perspective. When you ask for a salary increase (I don't ask for a salary increase, but suddenly raised), you are directly in negotiation mode. The principle of doing the right negotiation is when you have a higher ground that increases your negotiation opportunities. There must be benefits that you offer, although for example the salary increase is your right. What benefits can you offer now? If it isn't already there, it's better to focus on improving it first. Because your salary is now an agreement that you have made with the company. Demand for salary increases without additional benefits just seems to indicate that you are licking your own saliva.

In my case, my salary was raised because I was proven to help a project finish, even though it was not my job, and I helped more because I could not bear to see difficult colleagues. Because there is already evidence, the company does not hesitate to raise salaries when they face similar problems. Because if not, the company can lose. You have to be able to think at the company level, and not for your benefit alone. If in the negotiation stage you give the impression that the salary increases, the company can make a big profit, of course they don't mind.
